• Control Inventory of raw material finished good accuracy. • Control documents into System. Monthly and policy warehouse inventory report • Control Received material both of import & Local parts. • Solve problem inventory missing and control document into the system. • Supervise and mentor the Cycle count team. • Identify errors in accuracy of on hand inventory and finished goods. • Identify cause of errors in accuracy • Make inventory accuracy as needed. • Assist in educating persons on ways to correct and prevent inventory accuracy errors. • Update all reports needed to track inventory accuracy and adjustments. • Get approval and inform to Finance Department of all inventory adjustments. • Complete stock status adjustments as request • Help escalate and resolve potential shortages. • Oversee shipping and trucking. • Oversee Receiving • Control received material both of import & Local parts. • Control cycle counted process and analysis before adjustment in the system. • Control received nonstock items for all section to order. • Inventory monthly report • Solve problem inventory missing. • Control documents and transaction into the system. • Improve book in/out system to ensure the transaction correct 100% • Control physical count inventory process
