Responsible for the day-to-day Building and Facilities operations and maintenance of the physical asset of the company under the supervision of the Technical Engineer. a. Responsible for alerting the immediate superior of any equipment unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur. b. Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of Electrical & Mechanical Facilities operational parameters. c. Responsible for the update and completion of all preventive maintenance activities as assigned. d. Responsible/ assist in the implementation of quality works projects such as system optimization, improvements, work orders, etc. e. Responsible/ assists in the equipment immediate repair, operation, installation, troubleshooting and calibration. f. Solves problems related to equipment’s which may involve minor decision making with the guidance of an engineer or colleague from another group or department. g. Assist in the gathering of equipment specifications and updating of machine electrical, mechanical diagram/ layout as-built. h. ISO/TS documentations.
