HR Training Officer
Responsible for creating a learning and development culture in the organization through training intervention.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of company-wide personnel training, career development and succession process.
- Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify the relevant training intervention across all functions.
- Consolidate such training needs into a training plan for the year and ensure the timely and efficient implementation of such training plan.
- Ensure the effective and efficient conduct of training using internal and external resources, in accordance with the training plan.
- Ensure the systematic and effective measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness against competency requirements.
- Maintain and update records of training (Training Information System) as well as records of training resource persons.
- Submit needed reports and plans/budgets for training section of the company.
- Prepare goals, plans, and resource requirements on schedule and control the training budget in accordance with approved training plan pf the company.
- ECP Custodian - Review the development and compliance of ECP Policy and Standards.
- Review and improve Employee Certification Program policy, procedure, reports and forms. 11. Conduct Employee Engagement Activity.
- Consistently update training bulletin board once a month.
- Ensure attendance of employees for trainings program identified as per Annual Training Schedule.
- Manage efficient and effective delivery of training facilitation and effectiveness evaluation.
- Facilitate the training request approval of employees for external training 16. Facilitates new hire orientation and induction.
- Implements and monitors employee developmental programs and activities.
- Implements and monitors progress status of Business Plan Deployment for Training and Development-related aspects.
- Effectively forecasts training budget and ensure efficient utilization.
- Ensures proper filling of documents both soft and hard copy.
- Ensures compliance of government and other regulatory documentation requirements.
- Manage environmental and safety procedures and programs/activities in compliance with EMS standards.
- Ensures strict implementation of Company Rules and Regulations, policies and procedures.
- Meet the quality policy and quality objectives of HR function in the implementation of the company's Quality Management System.
- Support all APS Programs and comply as required.
- Participate in EMS/TS Audit and take actions accordingly; ensure compliance of policies and procedures to maintain certification.
- To find ways and means to support operations to promote quality policy.
- To comply and take actions based on the PDD/KPI reports/results.
- To comply and take actions of any APS Standards.
- Adhere to Q5 Autoliv Standard and ensure correct application in the workplace
- Helps in the implementation of company policies and abide by it.
- Perform other tasks as mandated by immediate head, company authorized officer/managers.
