Provides optimum healthcare services to employees in accordance to the company’s policy. Is responsible for providing basic first aid, evaluating an employee’s health and providing initial diagnosis on medical conditions, maintaining employee health records, as well as appraising the safety and health hazards in the work environment. Health and Safety 1. Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendations like sent home or back to work. 2. Ensures updated and accurate medical files/medical-related documents of employees. 3. Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to employees and customer within the legal scope of nursing responsibility such as first-aid. 4. Promptly attends to employees’ medical and health needs according to accepted medical standards. 5. Conducts seminars (free of charge) that are beneficial to the employees. 6. Conducts health teaching to pregnant women, pre-natal & post-natal care. 7. Ensure that the vitamins for the 3rd shift/overtime are distributed as scheduled. 8. Checks medicines and other medical supplies for their expiration period. 9. Ensures adequate first aid services to AZP employees. 10. Promotes effective Family Planning and Mental Wellness Programs. 11. Assists company physician during Consultation, Pre- employment Medical Consultation, Annual Physical Exam & in promoting health awareness on workers. 12. Ensures efficient implementation of Annual Physical Exam and other health-related programs. 13. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of Clinic. 14. Updates Health related concern to Health & Safety Committee. 15. Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed 16. Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital 17.
